Right. I pulled ESPN's Top 200 list into Excel and mapped the 4 keepers from each team. Then summed the ranking value for each team. For example, if Team A's 4 keepers were ranked 10, 21, 50, and 64 on ESPN's list, their keeper value would be 145. Sort each team's total value lowest (lower being better in this category) to highest and assign values starting at 60 on down to 40. Excel works great for this sort of stuff.[/quote]
Rick, this stuff is amazing. You're the accountant or think tank nuclear physicist right? I like my keeper's ranking...just sayin'.
I'm willing to move Felix as well for an excellent bat, particularly 1B/3B. Interest? Please make checks payable to King Felix and a new contract.

If by "overworked & underpaid" you mean "hardly worked & overpaid" than yes you are! Just kidding. Great work with the stats. It will be interesting to see how it looks after the draft.

NABL 2010 Team Rankings(including draft pick value)Draft picks have now been factored in. I ranked each pick in rounds 1 through 10, applying a weighting such that picks in Round 1 were worth significantly more than those in Round 10. Within each round, the picks at the top of the round were worth more than those at the bottom. A 4x factor was placed on this category to give it the highest weight overall. Below are the results. Makes a difference, especially in the middle tier of teams. You got some work to do, Greenie.

My greatest team ever...Yahoo league in 2004. And I actually won it, too! Love the archive they do. It's phenomenal you can go back and see when you weren't crazy. Of course the teams are their current/last played, not that actual season.
