No Joe, the problem is stated itself, in the Marines. He has to have someone read everything to him, therefor it slows him. :-) Signed, U.S. Army (just trying to create myself a rival, damn it. Come on, it was funny!)

I THANK iRON tRIANGLE FOR GETTING THE POINT ACROSS, AS WE GO FOWARD THE KEEPERS SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED WHEN WE ARE TALKING DRAFT ROUNDS. LETS PLAY BALL AND I AM GOING SHOCK YOU ALL!!! By the way, I'd like to trade you my 6th Round (2nd round) for your negative 4th round (1st round keeper) and cash considerations along with a player to be named later. Hope we can come to an agreement, GM. Thanks for visiting. Signed, Ruhtawded

Good one there Astros.....but with comments like that, shouldn't you be in the Air Force? ;D Don't cha know I wish I was, Fitty? Every Soldier regrets not talking to the AF recruiter. Ugh... quick short story: when my unit arrived in Kuwait, and I mean my Army unit weirdos, while awaiting to cross into iRock, we were holed up in these giant tents made of camel cloth or some junk. Anyway, they sucked, it was 120 or so everyday, stifling still air inside the tents. There were about 4 rows of these with about 10 or so tents in each row with only one having A/C. Can anyone take a stab at which Armed Forces branch happened to provide A/C for their troops? Well, joke was on them because we did manage to steal all of their fans so we could get that nice hot breeze blowing sand around the tent while we slept. Damn airmen.

his track record speaks for itself, i would be surprised if gm had ever won a BASEBALL TITLE with some of the trades he makes and i was calling it out last season, there were a few teams who finished at the top last season and are in very good position this season due to some of the trades he has made. Dont get me wrong as far as competitive spirit and fun gm is top notch, but when someone is bragging about how many trades they are making trying to keep piling them up it makes you wonder what the end goal is(to win a title or to win sportsman of the yr. i feel the integrity of the league was compromised last yr, and if you look at his keepers, krod, papelbon, c lee and cruz i mean u scratch your head a little, how do u get left with that. just my opinion ..... I respect Honey Nut for saying this in open forum instead of backchannel whispering. I agree with him completley. i felt last year I was almost forced to trade with GreenMonsters or get left behind because everybody else was eating at that table... and eating well. If he hadn't traded that first rounder for Papelbon, he woulda traded it for something else soon after anyways. I agree with Ichiro's comments about GM's keepers is, but I also look at the fact that GM doesn't have a pick in the first 5 rounds of the draft! How does that happen? Is his season over before it even begins? Beermakers, no hard feelings man. I had no problem with it being an unfair deal... only that the dude said he made a mistake with the rounds and made it seem like it was reported wrong. I'm not his bigbrother, I just would rather speak my peace directly to somebody than do the backchannel thing. It's all good. I agree this is one of the best leagues I've been in. Maybe after all this, GreenMonsters will be forced to be more careful/strategic when he trades. Let's draft right now!

...I mean look at Joe last season, we all know he knows what he is doing, but look at where he finished.....(seems he dont need trades to suck...HAHA) *50 and Westside *The military guys *Beermakers and Triangle Seems like we're getting some rivalries going in this thing. And we thought last year was intense....

i found myself in the same boat iron triangle, but i didnt want to sound like sour grapes, but you see the same people making trades with 2 or 3 certain teams and you wonder, i know trades are all a matter of opinion but i found myself shaking my head on a few. I also agree how the hell do u not have a pick in the first 5 rounds and expect to be competitive, your talking about your 1st pick being around the 200th rated player and im willing to bet that he doesn't no something that we all missed. 50de says it best u have to send trades out to make them happen and i commend 50 for his moves i think he has already established himself as the early favorite not for just this year but has a very good base for the future. Joe just an idea(my opinion) and was wondering what everyone else thought but what about having joe pick maybe 3 or 5 managers as a trade committee. You no there is a problem when people are already lining up to bet that green monsters wont finish in the top 15 and by the way if the wager is still there. Hope this doesn't offend anybody as it wasn't intended to but like all good leagues communication is huge, again just opinions from a baseball dork who really doesn't no much about the game lol

I agree HNI, your a dork, but saying you dont know much.....HAHA watching you last season, I am not buying that at all. Honestly I think I am top 5, but I feel, Bye Bye, HNI, Beermakers, Yardman and Iron T are in the same class....bombers too, he is smart and with one good pick, he is back in, he got some good keepers too(what clown would trade him all that talent anyways) . I am ready to draft tonight! Lets get this train going...oh yea, Hey GM, Ben Sheets is mine in the first round, so your NOT getting him!
