If a team is conceding this year and looking to next year they must post so all teams can see the team is looking to next year. I will have a waiting period of 3 days before any trades can be made. This will give all managers a chance to make an offer if they choose.
I really think this needs to be put in place. This will eliminate the shell shock of what many consider a dump trade. With more managers knowing a team is conceding it will allow for better offers made. In theory it should increase the value of players being traded by making many smaller trades but still getting value back.
